Deepa Kaval
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holding a Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India, Deepa has over 15 years of professional experience.

She has rich and varied experience in diverse areas of investment banking and management consultancy across industries such as banking and finance, metal and mining, chemicals, industrial products, FMCG etc. She has led various assignments across industries and functions such as acquisition advisory, private equity, valuations, business reviews, joint venture partner search, entry strategy ,regulatory , feasibility etc.

Before Mindspring, Deepa worked with Ernst and Young Corporate Finance as vice President for 7 years. Prior to that, she was working with A. F. Ferguson in the capacity of management consultant for 5 years. She started her career with S.B. Billimoria & Co. where she was heading audits such as Tata Motors, IL&FS, CRISIL etc.

Rishikesh Shintre
He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Cost Accountant (ICWAI) and also a Company Secretary. He is an all India Gold Medalist in Chartered Accountancy Course.

His 7 years of experience comprises investment banking and corporate finance across sectors including consumer goods, automobile, industrial products, metals and mining, oil and gas services etc. Rishikesh has successfully advised clients in a range of transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions, Demergers, Debt Restructuring, Private Equity and Corporate Restructuring.

Prior to Mindspring, Rishikesh worked with Ernst and Young in the field of corporate finance for 5 years.
